After you pay, normally Prestige Manufacturing will arrange delivery of the goods within 5–7 working days according to the order date. Unless the product is out of stock or partially out of stock, we will email you the order status.

Prestige Manufacturing is very aware that returning products is a part of doing e-commerce, so we have implemented our own return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return the product according to the guidelines below.
Return Policy
We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 7 days from the date of receipt. No other fees will be charged, but the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused cannot in any circumstances be returned to Prestige Manufacturing.
Exchanges
Prestige Manufacturing accepts exchanges of items purchased. Nevertheless, the customer is subject to any associated shipping charges.
Refund
Prestige Manufacturing will send the refund via the original payment method within 3–5 days of receiving and verifying the returned items.
Sole Discretion
Prestige Manufacturing reserves the right to deny any return at its sole discretion. Additional exclusions may apply.
